China is getting the worst variant of covid and 26 Million people is under lockdown. I'm afraid that the variant is floating out there and some governments are going to skip the masks.
I was there and I liked the show very much. I will be not popular here, but the Book of Souls tour to me was better than LOTB. Essentially, TBOS was POWERSLAVE II tour. To see LOTB show, I travelled with my brother to Estonia, Tallinn. Tallinn's old city is very beautiful. By the way concert in Estonia was first of the 2018 LOTB trek. The concert in Latvia will be the band's first ever visit there, right? They played in Lithuania during TBOS tour.
In the Philippines too, but unfortunately it was canceled.
Amazing consistency, that mud. It was half way between thick soup and sludge. You had to sort of skate through it in your wellies. Agree, though, Download isn't a great experience. It's not just the mud, it just feels a bit downbeat, crappy and cheap, while being expensive at the same time. Knebworth/Sonisphere by comparison felt like a party. Moreover, you might end up in a place that looks like this, being treated like cattle.

Can you share a link? Setlist reveals? We know the core of the setlist will be the same. Surprises? The new songs? We already know about that. Or they will change 1 or 2 songs from the old classics, it's possible. It would be strange to play RIR with the same setlist (if we exclude the new songs) from 2019. Playing the same classics for 3 years would be something new for Maiden, but I don't expect any surprises, tbh.I'm probably in the wrong thread and missing a discussion, but did everyone see the Rock in Rio publicity vid that's been popping up on social media? Hints at surprises and appears to have some setlist reveals. Of course, 'surprise' might mean Bruce is wearing a different hat, but hey, they like to keep us guessing.
Hi and welcome!hi to all! I'm new here but long-time maiden fan.
I have a question... do you know if the gig in berlin (04/072022) is general admission with only one ticket category available or there are different kinds of tickets?
thanks

They are making it sound like there will be "surprises" on top of anything related to Senjutsu??
It's really sad that the Maiden Friday is the only date of RiR that is not sold out yet...Some people are claiming over at the Fan Club forum that the Rio gig is not selling that well and that Maiden cannot announce the rest of the South American tour until Rock in Rio sells out, hence the added publicity.

Why?I do not find it particularly sad…
There are plenty of things to be sad about. A british band not selling out a festival isn't one. Why?
True, I’m not sad either. It will probably sellout or close to it. But yes it’s going to be largely the same show as last time with 3 new songsThere are plenty of things to be sad about. A british band not selling out a festival isn't one.
