Some facts and numbers about the 17th studio album.
It's going to be:
- The 17th with Steve and Dave, the 14th with Nicko, the 13th with Bruce, the 12th with Adrian, the 10th with Janick.
- The 3rd album recorded at Guillaume Tell Studios, in Paris. Half of the albums from 1999 onward were recorded there (3 out of 6).
- The 6th album with Kevin Shirley.
- The longest gap between the release of two studio albums. This "record" we would have gladly avoided started, exactly, on September 24, 2020 (5 years and 20 days since 'The Book of Souls' release: the gap between 'The Final Frontier' and 'The Book Of Souls' was exactly 5 years and 19 days).
Man, I crave this new record so bad...

Too lazy to go back and see if someone has already said this but I am dreaming that Maiden decides to announce the new album this summer and do a North American tour this fall (as things are opening up here everywhere now). But it's most likely wishful thinking...
