He's already said he's in Paris so I think he was just showing that the photos were taken in Malibu. Many photos taken with smartphones have location tags attached to them now and I reckon Instagram can pick them up.And tagging his location as Malibu CA... nice try Kev

Fair point about the location tags. Still, he “said” he was in Paris not with location tags or comments, but just by posting images that were clearly from Paris... and then deleted the posts.
