How bad is the wait for you?

As much as I wan't to say a 4 or a 3, the fact I keep dreaming about it tells me I want it pretty bad. The dream I had last night actually had me listening to samples of the title track and Empire of the Clouds on some foreign music site...and Empire of the Clouds in my dream actually sounded pretty awesome haha. Probably due to the saxophone part. The title track was just drums.
But yeah...this wait is agony.
Anyone else have any similar side effects of the anticipation, or am I the only one caught in infinite dreams?

For five long years i would get on google and the first thing i would do is search " new maiden album news". The wait has been excruciatingly long and finally there is light at the end of the tunnel

I'm very cautious about this album after the very weak album that was TFF. This new album's cover looks really bad as well. Hope this isn't Dance of Death 2. Which was both too "Rock" with its songs and also had a terrible cover art.

Having listened to the single,I feel very disappointed by the sound, the mix and the obvious mistakes. I really want to hear the two songs that Bruce wrote. Apart from that I kind of lost my excitement a bit.

It's getting damned bad, after 5 years I could sure do with some new Maiden, and the Reviews sound very promising, I have a strong hunch it'll be a good album.

I think he is only saying that to make a stronger point about how Maiden let him down again once the album is out

No, why? I Think I am quite misunderstood by many. I actually enjoy a lot of Maiden's recent work, my main problem was with the AMOLAD album, and even more so the tour. I thought BNW was quite good throughout, DOD had some brilliant tunes although also some weak ones, a very uneven album, TFF was a great album... The Play Classics! name comes from a sign that was shown at a gig on the 2006 Tour, I only choose it because I also was very disappointed with that setlist, doesn't mean I am against new Music... generally speaking though, I do Think Maiden released their best Music in the 80's, but that doesn't mean I can't like some of their new work too.
