A 4 for me but if I had been asked the same question after the single release and it was a killer track I guess I'd be a 5. After 34 years of buying Maiden albums you'd think it wouldn't be that exciting anymore but the news of a double album, something I've hoped for since the mid-80's has me drooling for this. I was probably this excited for SIT or SSOASS and maybe BNW. They big-up every release I guess but something about this feels superbly dark and I think the 18 minute track could swing it either way for fans to love it or not. Anything over 10 minutes is a big gamble to hold the listeners attention but this one is being spoken about a lot. Ok, so I'm 4.5...

I'll say 2. I've got way too much work to do in the next two months so the album wait is the least of my concerns. Besides, album comes out on the 4th of September and I'll start uni on the 7th of the same month, so I definitely can wait.

I know the feeling. Like when something you can't wait for is close in time to something you're dreading. Like how I can't wait for the 20th July because I get money then but also can wait because I have a dentist appointment that same day
