I decided to make a clue out of each line of the song in sequential order.

Clue 1: I can be invisible
I see the enemy, I know he can't see me

Clue 2: Fighting just like nature
Combat red in tooth and claw
Tennyson characterised Nature as "red in tooth and claw" in his poem In Memoriam.

Clue 3: Another chance at victory
Ready now for one more score
Diesel was right - this is a line from "One Little Victory" by Rush. The very next line of the song is "Another chance to score".

Clue 4: Boom, headshot!
Took a bullet in my brain

Clue 5: What comes outside at 6:00?
Inside I'm the king of pain
"6:00" by Dream Theater contains these lines:
The pain inside
Coming outside
