@PhantomOfTheOpera got it: "El Dorado." Clues explained:

Clue 1:
This song starts with a narrative technique that is also used in a few other Maiden songs. In the case of this particular song, it takes on a double meaning.

The narrator tells the listener that a story is going to be told. You were on this right away, but guessed other songs that begin in this manner. In the case of "El Dorado", it has a double meaning, since the narrator is also a deceitful fraudster who is telling lies and (made up) "stories" to trick the listerer.

Clue 2:
A geographical place where Maiden have been and also played nearby is to be found in the lyrics.

"El Dorado" is the name of an airport in Bogota, Columbia. Ed Force One landed there. The legend of El Dorado stems from the Muisca people in Colombia.

Clue 3:
If we look at the title of the song, it is both unique and typical for the Maiden catalogue.

It begins with the word El - which is unique - but El translates to "the", which is how Maiden name plenty of their songs.

Clue 4:
The lyrics have some imagery taken from the maritime sphere.

"Sailing for glory", "my ship is oversold", "my lifeboat sails away"

Ok, will start new round. Im trying something..

Clue 1:

This song features word that might be somewhat popular in more extreme metal lyrics and such, but in Maiden's case it's more of rare occasion.
Similar to the word there was Death Metal band from Sweden. This particular band might be more familiar via the members' other bands that they joined after the this band split up. These 2 bands that the members joined were both influenced by Iron Maiden (read it from interviews) but the music style is much more extreme. Atleast the other band has been featured as support band on Iron Maiden tour.
