I'd like to participate in the survivor if it goes through; however, I don't think I'll be able to commit to it and vote in every matchup, simply because I haven't listened to a large portion of Opeth's discography.

My listening schedule is quite full for the rest of the year but I think I might be able to fit one survivor in it. I went through the whole Opeth discography twice at the end of last year but I haven't returned to them this year.

I want to participate for sure, but because music takes time for me to digest and I get obsessive about the artists I currently fixate on, Opeth is a band that I would be afraid to commit to. Maybe in a couple weeks things will change around? You can pencil me in as interested but noncommittal at the moment.

Maybe @Collin would play if he still shows up on MaidenFans these days.

We're trying to get enough people to vote in the potential Opeth survivor. NP's promised he'll host it if we get 10 people (me and him included), so far we have about 6.

This time it wouldn't go from latest album to the debut so that we'd have time to listen to Senjutsu. Also, would love to do it early so that we can see how recency bias impacts the Top 10.

Game idea I’ve been mulling over lately: live album survivorendum. They weren’t allowed in the GMAC and I think it would be cool to see which one would win the MaidenFans vote. Potentially not just a metal game (but given this is MaidenFans, a metal / rock dominant one).
