Afther some discussions with my friends and you lot on here back at page 48-49 (5 years ago) i have come to the conlclusion that getting a happy ending is "kinda unfaithful" but, there is a but, if your wife or boyfriend or wutever isnt very keen on having sex anymore...

Find out if she/he would accept separating the physical stuff from the feelings in the relationship. If he/she is not too keen on sex any more, then it might be possible. Then you can just agree on having a platonic well working relationship with some physical satisfaction from elsewhere..
