  Well it turns out he is suing DT for the name.
 
Well 3 people founded Pink Floyd and Roger lost that case too. I expect this to turn out the same way.
 
It's all overreaction to what was really a "no comment". Something's going on legally, but we don't know what. And JLB hates MP now. Not much more.
 
A few weeks ago James said in an interview that he hasn't spoken to Mike Portnoy since the phone call MP made to say he was leaving.
 
With MP changing over the years to like metal more and the growling vocals, he made statements while in DT that if he could choose a singer over again he wouldn't choose JLB. They haven't been cool since then.
 
I wouldn't be cool with that either. Seriously, that's an awful thing to say. Especially when you are still band mates with the guy you're putting down.
 
Thats terrible. And I couldn't imagine anyone better for the job then JLB. Hes one of my favourite singers.
 
I think he's pretty poor, but he has his moments and his vocals do suit Dream Theater. I picked up a copy of 'Live at the Marquee' a few weeks ago and his vocals are fantastic on it.
 
His high vocals on the first few albums are incredible, contains some of my favourite singing ever. In my ears I've never heard anyone who could sing songs like Innocence Faded, The Mirror and Scarred like him.
 
Check out this video of Endless Sacrifice, I noticed a funny Mangini tidbit and now it makes me laugh every time when I see it - it's at around 3:04, when James sings "...my soul...", the way Mangini accentuates the hi-hat and then looks at the crash cymbal and hits it. Cracks me up every time. :D He really seems to enjoy being in the band. Also, watch the complete video, it's great. Especially when JR comes in front with his keytar. :D

That really sounds like a ballad and to be honest, I found it boring. Not even close to the quality of other snippets. I think it'll be the worst song off the album considering the released snippets. Just a prediction though, maybe there's an amazing solo after that slow part ?
 
I want to listen to it but i dont want at the same time because i want to wait until its released :p
 
Who the hell leaks albums? I'd be pretty pissed if I was in a band whose album got leaked after all the build-up prior to release date.
