I'm getting the CD/DVD I think. It'll be fun to watch every now and again.
Well with the new DT album 7 days away, I think it's time for a Dream Theater marathon. That's 17 albums in 7 days. That's about 2 albums per day. I'm doing live albums too. I think I'll do Images and Words, Awake, Live at the Marquee today. Also, I'm not doing the debut, just because I don't have it.
 
How many albums do you have?
I have only  Images, Awake, Scenes, Systematic Chaos and Black Clouds :P
 
I have all the studio albums, save for Falling into Infinity and the Debut. I also have ACOS and the Score DVD. But I have a Spotify account, and that has FII and all the live albums, so I'll listen to those on there.
 
I'm gonna get Budokan when/if it's relased on Blu-Ray. Apparently it is really coming on Blu-Ray though.
Funny bit on That Metal Show, Mike Portnoy made a cameo to do Stump The Trunk. I think his full episode is next Saturday. Which is kind of ironic that they air it the week of the new DT album.
 
Listened to Falling into Infinity for the first time. Not a bad album. The only truly bad song I remember was You Not Me. That was a really bad song. Besides that, it was alright, certainly not their best, but it's acceptional. Lines in the Sand was awesome! I loved that song. And I like Kings X a lot and having the singer on that song was pretty cool.
 
I dislike You Not Me, Burning My Soul and Just let me breathe, their 3 worst songs IMO. The rest is great!
 
I'm making a ranking of my DT songs from best to worst.

Up to Octavarium, best are Metropolis & Octavarium, worst are 6:00 & Just Let Me Breathe
 
No. I love 6:00. My favorite short DT song. Not counting the maiden concert, it was my first DT song. It rocks. My top 3 would probably be

1: Octavarium
2: Metropolis
3: Six Degrees

But I'm not sure about the third yet.
 
I hate 6:00, in my bottom 5 DT songs. Awake would be so much higher without it on my list.

Kerrang! has given 'A Dramatic Turn of Events' 3/5 but I wouldn't read too much into that as Kerrang! gives consitently questionable reviews.
