why steve and janick are not there?
The funniest omission to me was the fact that to my memory, the song the film is named after was nowhere to be heard.I saw the movie twice yesterday, first at a press screening and then at the Istanbul premiere in Turkey. I really liked it. There isn’t a lot of new material for fans like us, of course, but the story is told in a very sincere way. And Javier Bardem absolutely steals the show. His contribution is fantastic, bringing both depth and a touch of humor to the documentary.
A few things feel missing, though, most notably Martin Birch. I don’t even recall him being mentioned. But that’s okay, it’s more about the band’s overall journey.
Still, seeing this story on the big screen for their 50th anniversary felt truly special, and I’m really happy I got to experience it like this.
If Janick's not at a Middlesbrough screening I want my money back!why steve and janick are not there?
And people have the guts to call him a fool.Janick "every moment not on stage or an Irish pub is a wasted moment" Gers
