Because by the time he did "Tyranny of Souls" he was back in Maiden, hence it became a side project - it wasn't something he needed to do for his main career anymore. He would probably do a solo tour if he felt like it and he had time but since he has so many projects these days I don't imagine it would feature very highly in his priorities. Talented though he is, he's still restricted to 24 hours per day just like us normal mortals :).

Are we sure that he is a normal mortal though...?
 
Again, Bruce has his fingers in several different pies. He's a busy man. It's taken forever just to get this far and the album isn't even out yet. It would be great to have another solo tour, but his schedule is absolutely swamped so it seems unlikely.
 
It seems to me that he gets almost everything he wants/wanted from his work with Maiden - Maiden now sounds a lot like Bruce's solo stuff (not absolutely the same of course, but a lot), he can choose whatever he wants to perform on stage or the whole stage decorations, and the age shows itself.... Well, let's hope at least...
 
Come on Bruce, release the album 'till the end of 2018 :lol::lol::lol:

EDIT: I wonder if Bruce will release a single and a video for it - like he done the last time in 2005 with Abduction... probably without a cover for the single (even Maiden did not released a cover for Speed Of Light)

I hope for a great album cover, like the ones on TOS, TCW and AOB !

Does anyone remember the concert (97 or 99, I'm not sure) when a fan came on stage, and Bruce's reaction was like he started laughing. I cannot find this video now.
