Standings after Sweden defeats the Republic of Korea:

5 - LC, Wiz
4 - Perun, NP
3 - Niall, Foro

A gap seems to be growing.
 
So according to reports, Sweden won after a penalty goal followed by time-wasting. Probably just as well I didn't have the chance to actually watch this. ;)
 
For Belgium vs Panama, everyone has Belgium except Perun, who has picked a draw. If 0-0 holds through full time, he will move up a point, otherwise he will slip a point as everyone else moves up one.
 
I missed the first game today due to work, and only saw 9 minutes of Belgium - Panama, due to a wonderful storm here that has cut the transmission. :(

That's worth missing the World Cup for. I remember during the Euro 2008 semi-final between Germany and Turkey, which was a great match, a storm in Vienna caused the TV transmission to cut out worldwide. The BBC managed to get its radio commentary on the TV for a bit but there were no pictures and everyone missed at least one goal.
 
Do you have any particular thoughts on that story Loosey?
