Bruce hates doing that. At Sonisphere 2010 he was talking about Dio's death and how Dio invented the horns and said something like "This is the only time you'll see me doing this on stage, or anywhere for that matter".

I certainly do not remember him saying that and had not found proof he did...

Yes it is. I searched for the clip, as I was there and do not remember him saying anything like what you have posted. I also went to the gigs in Stockholm and Valencia and do not remember anything like that being said either.

Certainly not at any of the five UK gigs I attended (Sheffield, Nottingham, Cardiff and both London gigs).
