Bruce Dickinson

I have been doing some sleuthing on the release date of Scream for me Sarajevo.

The documentary will apparently be shown in London on 11th April 2018, including a Q&A session with Bruce (details are fairly limited at this stage).

The documentary will be shown at cinemas in Germany (https://www.uci-kinowelt.de/aktion-und-news/scream-for-me-sarajevo/5656) and Austria (http://uci-kinowelt.at/aktion-und-news/scream-for-me-sarajevo/5654) on 17th April 2018, with the interview with Bruce also being shown. I have also found some other screenings in Sweden (https://www.folketshusochparker.se/.../scream-sarajevo-bruce-dickinson-iron-maiden/) and North America (https://prod1.agileticketing.net/we...=156744~93654fc6-c14e-40a7-812a-d5d2baa619e8&).

Ok, first wrong note: the musical extracts don't feature anything from what the band played at the time (namely Alive in Studio A/ Alive at the Marquee) or later (Skunkworks). Let's hope the entire film resets the balance.

There is plenty of Skunkworks and Balls to Picasso material featured in the documentary, including footage from the Sarajevo gig.

The soundtrack works beautifully, with the songs chosen matching the mood of the film, with very poignant lyrics. You can check it here https://www.eagle-vision.tv/Brand/820/scream-for-me-sarajevo ;)

Wow, the whole thing is online? Noice.

I am not sure if it is the whole thing, as the video available online is 1 hour and 17 minutes long. I went to the London premiere in September and as far as I can remember the whole thing was longer...

IMDB has it as 1 hour and 35 minutes long:

The Eagle Vision website mentions 1 x 90' and 1 x 75'; the latter might be the shorter version on their website.

Also, it was nice to see the Skunkworks guys again...
What‘s Alex Dickson doing these days?

I think he is (or was) with GUN.

As far as I know, he could not travel to Sarajevo as a result of other commitments and that is why he does not feature in the documentary. I have also been told he is pretty shy, so perhaps he did not want to feature in the documentary.
