Yeah, the justice department was too slow. Merrick Garland was a disastrous pick as Attorney General for a lot of reasons, and this is just one of them.

This could very well end up being Biden’s most important decision/legacy and it will probably doom him to the bottom quarter of a lot of historic presidential rankings. I really hope the Dems learn from this colossal mistake, but everything about the 2024 election suggests they are incapable of this.

The peaceful transfer of power is the most fundamental concept of democracy, you can't allow the precedent that Jan 6th carry on is ok, which is what's happened now with the guy calling it a love fest and getting let off.

I don't think the Democrats of 2025 are able to learn anything useful in 4 years. They need to stay away 8 -12 years and I hope for the latter.

It is extremely rude of Musk to do such a thing. The article provided some evidence, however I am not familiar with coding so I can’t evaluate its validity. Is there anyone here who can see how good the evidence is? If it is true Musk is real—and excuse my language— shit-stain for doing such a thing.
 
US government bans Tiktok (no doubt Musk and Zuck are celebrating). This video pretty much sums up the hypocrisy.

 
US are spying on their own people and whole planet with Google, fb, Instagram and so much more for 20 years and now they’re panicking over TikTok. Tasting their own medicine.
I can only imagine the frenzy if China were to build over 200 military bases and maintain military presence in 80 countries all around the world.
 
It all boils down to just one question: which side would You choose in the Zero hour? USA+Canada+Europe+Japan+Australia, etc. or china+russia+iran+north korea, etc.
It's as simple as that. Be honest. No masks.

The whole TikTok thing is just a stunt. The alerts when using the app in the US directly say that they are in talks with Trump to resume activity. It's kinda hilarious that Trump was the one who started the idea of banning that app and now he'll get the "credit" of unbanning the platform again.
