The Weather Thread

Thunderstorm over Berlin and 28°. I've been showering twice a day lately, as if that would help in any way.

I've been showering twice a day lately,
Not a great thing to do in a heatwave because of possible water shortages in drought conditions.

The heatwave has ended here, thank fuck. There's been some rain and it's quite overcast. Temperatures are still reasonably warm though and I had another very sweaty 30 minutes on the exercise bike earlier.

Water shortage hasn't ever been a problem here. Any drought would hit other areas in Germany earlier, so there would be a long warning period.

It's been raining practically every day here in GDL, and it's been between cool and hot, but not insufferable. Nights have been flat out cold. Really enjoying it.

We have a heat warning here, it's 29C at 1 PM, which means it will probably get up over 30 later on in the day. It'll be 30+ the rest of the week.

Yeah, India seems like a hellscape and I don't know why people bother living there.
I mean, the monsoon just set in, and it's been a comfortable 27 (day) / 20 (night) C.
However, I might be biased, since I have almost no cold tolerance - almost anything below 15-10 degrees puts me out of commission very fast.
