The Weather Thread

You guys go ahead and enjoy your warm days. Last snow in Estonia was one day after my birthday, 11 May. It melted right away of course, but temperatures still struggle to rise above 10C. That said, tomorrow should bring 18 degrees and sun, which is awesome.

This reminds me of when I visited my dad in Mexico City while still living in Tucson back in 2007. Summers in Tucson get up to 115 degrees Farenheit, which is 46 celsius. Summer highs in Mexico City, due to the altitude are between 25-27 celsius. I wore a jacket of some sort every day for 2 months. One day my dad says, "Son, take that fucking jacket off, I'm sweating just looking at you!" All I could say was, "Dad, for the past 7 years my summer high average has been about 45 degrees, it is currently 25 degrees.... that's a 20 degree difference, I'm fucking cold!"

Reminds me of the joke I used to do on stage about Blizzard "Rocky" the punchline was, "Is the weather service hoping for sequels?"
