The Future Past Tour 2024

No, no, no. Keep the hair at least for the Run for Your Lives tour and if the band calls it quits after that, then do whatever. Baldness/shaved heads have no place in rock'n'roll.

Not only that - the band, or at least Harris, kept insisting on playing everything as fast as possible. Sometimes you can hear Bruce trying to catch up to the band's speed and failing.
 
Curious to see how long it'll take until the eventual live album is announced, now that the tour is officially over.

I guess early next year. Or why not for the end of the year. But it also depends on the documentary. If the concert video is from multiple shows (which is possible), Wasted Years must be from Sao Paulo. Or a few songs from it if they use more footage from Wacken. The performances were pretty good, so I would just release Nicko's full last show. Although the wrong backdrop will bother me.

Heaven Can Wait was not the best and Janick fluffed the Trooper solo.

Otherwise, one of the best shows of the tour. Should at least release an EP with 4-5 songs from it.

If I was them, I would release any of the following:

Caught Somewhere in Time
Stranger In A Strange Land
The Writing On The Wall
The Prisoner
Death Of The Celts
Alexander The Great
Hell On Earth
Wasted Years

Those were performed at a very high level for 2024 standards on Saturday.


HCW was a part of previous live releases and the 2008 version is better. Wasted Years needs to be there because of the occasion. We don't need another Trooper or Fear Of The Dark...
