Run For Your Lives World Tour 2026 Rumours and Speculation

Agree. I was expecting dates this week, so maybe next week. There is something fishy with this tour.
Feel free to speculate on what that would be. I mean, there's no "Nicko's not doing well" to bring to the table and Bruce certainly has all the energy he needs nowadays. Of course, an update regarding other band members' health status would always come out of the blue if there weren't rumors already. I think this is nothing else than a scheduled release of news regarding tour legs, festival date TBA's, books, documentaries and individual band members' solo tours.

What type of stadiums though? MLB? MLS? or NFL? I think NFL stadiums are out of the question because they're 65k+.

I think MLS or MLB stadiums would be more realistic since they're not as huge.
I think in the states they will play indoor pavilions. I ll be happy if i see them playing a big NFL stadium but i see them playing arenas as usual. Have they played before any Nfl stadium? In the 80s? There the arenas are big too. Everything is big LOL

My speculation is that at least some things were originally planned differently but are being modified now relatively late in the process—for reasons I don't know, perhaps at the request of the members, for other reasons, I have no clue.
That is why everything is taking longer than usual.

Makes sense to finish European announcements hopefully by end of October. NA tour not start to late July, plenty of time to announce before Thanksgiving.

Maiden could play BMO stadium in LA, concert capacity 24000. Not sure about similar sized venue in New York. Arenas again, SA imagine stadiums.

Japan, Asia, NZ and Australia imagine maximum of 10 shows.

I think they played the old Comiskey Park here in Chicago as part of Chicagofest (or whatever it was called) in 82 - but that's a baseball stadium.

I do not think they will play NA/Mexico Or Canada in July because of the world cup next year. Most likey NA will be Sept, Oct or Nov. Hoping that Australia, Asia or Japan will be in Sept

But what about the second half of July and August, I don't think they will make a long gap between the EU and the rest of the world.

Rush is touring NA since the end of June, Maiden easily can book NA dates since 16 July 'til first week of September. All depends on the fact if they're going to headline RiR next year. I hope they are, it's a kind of tradition.
Rush are only playing 3 US cities.
In saying that in the US this is a non factor having a major sports event won't impact concert bookings, quite often you have situations where multiple events happen at the same time in a city on any given night.

Unless Steve rather be at home to watch it before starting the next leg :p
