RUN FOR YOUR LIVES WORLD TOUR (2025/2026)

Nope, but according to Bruce, he was angry after the arrangements on this album :

He was not angry with the arrangements on the album, just with the arrangement (i.e., the decision to record new material) of doing this in winter in Paris.

I wasn't talking about most of the medias. But, there are little ones that weren't OK with 'Senjutsu'. Plus some french musicians like NeoGeoFanatic, ADX guitar player who has a channel on YouTube, OR Max YME, Crystal Throne guitarist who also have a channel on YouTube, for example. These two were particularly critical towards 'Senjutsu'.

I see, but we should also keep in mind that other musicians or YouTubers sometimes think they can get attention/clicks by criticizing bigger bands.

Great, then the problem is solved and work on the album can start soon!
Places to go in February:
  • Phuket (33.1 °C)

Legend Music - Recording Studio | Phuket

  • Cancun (32.3 °C)
    Lagarto Recording Studio Cancun

If he really said that, I'll be honest and admit that I find it a bit dislikeable.
He's travelling the world and doing what he loves and can see his grandchild before and after the tour and make phone calls/Face-time, Skype during the tour.
The grandchild needs to make friends of the same age and explore the world with them and doesn't need grandad at his side all the time.
Huh..

I'm quite sure they could record in Australia next time, as the Maiden guys have met Kevin Shirley in September. ;) Or in South Africa. :) After all, south hemisphere is quite warm between January and April, which could please to Nicko McBrain.

Another reason might be that with Nicko's health issues, he simply thinks that he is not ready for the studio, especially considering how Maiden work in there.

On the other side of the coin, it could be simply that they want to tour as much as possible while they still can.
I guess they worked out some deals internally to solve this. 4-5 months of work per year is one of them I think, which actually leaves them enough time to record one next year, if they want to.
All this. Nothing to do with sales. As we know, they are always happy and want to write new music. Like they were in 2019 when they wanted to record 2 albums! Edit: I also want to know if they will/can come up with a few fresh ideas and sounds again like for the latest album. I feel they can. Something heavier, more interludes and licks...
And it opens with a fast snare roll. I thought he wasn't able to do them anymore?
It's only 2 seconds and it's almost like the HCW one. Played from the PA? But the other such fills throughout the song are so tough at this speed.
Be Quick or Be Dead, followed up by Prowler.
I think the 2nd song in the set could be a popular mid-tempo again, after a fast opener. Something like 2 Minutes or Wrathchild. Clairvoyant?

If they play both Trooper and Hills (and Hallowed), Trooper should be in the main set (first 4 songs), Number in its place on the encore.
Hallowed and Hills are the candidates for closers, right. Or Running Free. I think Daughter can work. Afraid on the encore too.

Again Be Quick or Be Dead?
I remember it was heavily rumoured in forums before the LotB tour without any concrete evidence (tour poster supposedly indicated it but it indicated lot of songs that didn't came to fruition). So why are people so sure it will happen this time?

I find this upcoming tour to be kind of unnecessary. I'm more excited about the current one (seeing them in Nov) because they ignored SiT for so long. They already did Legacy. If it's their last one, I get it. But what about the last 20 plus years? So many songs nobody has ever heard live.

Meh, I'll still go of course.
