I'll never forget that mild May day in 2023 - unlocking my phone, after powering through a busy brunch shift, and scrolling Instagram at the song by song set-list photos while having some holy FUCK moments seeing the images for Caught Somewhere in Time and Hell on Earth. It makes me wonder what type of content will be shown for this tour!

Oh the first show... i remember here reading the setlist from early days tour.

I was thinking about the new art with RFYL Eddie that was shared here last week. It's an official art (probably for the tour), but Maiden hasn't shared it anywhere yet. Upcoming merch? Is it possible to be a hint?

It's probably this exclusive merch (no cigarette in the art though)?

So I was dreaming early this morning before I had to wake up at 5am and I dreamed I was at the RFYL tour. The first song was Infinite Dreams. It was just Bruce out there, he had dyed his hair black. Everyone else was behind a curtain. I thought Simon, if it was him drumming, sounded pretty good. I can't remember the second song but the curtain opened to reveal a multi level stage, kind of like Sabrina Carpenter's current tour. All the other band members came out waving and smiling. Then I woke up. It was very bizarre...

I think it's a pity that there's no opportunity to add a song to the set list in a fan vote for the anniversary tour, e.g. via the Maiden website or Facebook.

If they wanted to do that, it would've been at the end of 2023. Building a special stage with special production takes time.

Eh, it can be easily rigged. They would end up putting up a pre selected list of songs that they probably intend on playing anyway.

I think such show opening scenario would be pretty awesome.

It’s always confused me why Maiden have never opted for a curtain drop at the start of the show. It would have worked really well on the LOTB tour, the spitfire would have had an even bigger impact if it was hidden during the intro tape.
