I think Tailgunner is quite likely and might be a possible opener. I don't think they will open with Be Quick Or Be Dead (Nicko), though it would be nice.
I think the popularity of the possible openers is:

1)Moonchild (but it was the opener for 3 years in a row)
2)Phantom/Run To The Hills/Trooper/2 Minutes/Evil That Men Do (if they want a surprise opener like in 2003 with Number)
3)Be Quick (LAD live album energy is popular; Nicko can work it out like Caught, not in full speed ofc)
4)Murders/Prowler (classic from the early days)
5)Tailgunner (will work, but it's from one of their least popular albums)

*songs like Aces High or Where Eagles Dare are out of the picture imo. Run To The Hills should be too.
Since they are doing stuff from the first 9 albums, it would make sense if they played two tracks from each one, but that is probably not going to happen lol.
2 from each album would have been perfect.
The rest of the albums I hope they select some deeper tracks. If this tour is really supposed to be for "the fans", they might do some of that. We can only hope.....
''For the fans'' could really go either way, but I think 4/5 ''deep'' cuts are possible.
ATSS starts out too slow and drones on like that for 2 minutes.
But Afraid is an easy song for the band. I also don't want it because they already played it again after the 90's. I love it though.
"Fear of the Dark" is guaranteed, "Afraid to Shoot Strangers" almost guaranteed. "Be Quick or Be Dead" or "Wasting Love" would be great, "Holy Smoke" would be funny, but much to my disgust I think they'll do "Bring Your Daughter... To The Slaughter".
Only Fear is guaranteed. Holy Smoke would be a big surprise and not in a good way lol.

I want to meet the eleven forum members who didn’t vote for Fear of the Dark in this poll. :D
I’m one. The song is overrated, overplayed, and trite. One of their lamest epics, and I wouldn’t miss it if they never played it again.

I feel the same way about it, but it´s one of their most popular songs. Hell, it´s even the last song to really become a setlist staple. It wasn´t played for only one tour (Early Days 2005) in the last 32 years.

Getting rid of it is sadly impossible even though TFP Tour performances were and still are very rough and slow.

I'm obviously biased, but I don't see any type of tour, thematically, atmospherically, whatever, where Judas wouldn't be a great fit. The song would absolutely murder live and if I could ask Steve just one question it'd be why haven't they played it live at all.
Don’t want to offend any Jerusalem cunts.

It’s frankly bizarre that they steadfastly include it in the set but TNOTB and RTTH, their two most iconic songs, are often absent. Can’t help but think it’s there to help legitimise Janick.

Dead Cert:
Fear of the Dark

Strong Possibility:
Afraid to Shoot Strangers
Wasting Love
Bring Your Daughter... to the Slaughter
Holy Smoke

Fair Chance:
Be Quick or Be Dead (only with a new drummer, I reckon)
From Here to Eternity
Tailgunner
No Prayer For the Dying

Absolutely Never Gonna Happen In a Million Years But I'll Explode With Joy if it Does:
Judas Be My Guide

Dead Cert:
Fear of the Dark

1 or 2 of those could happen:
Afraid to Shoot Strangers
Wasting Love
Bring Your Daughter... to the Slaughter

Probably won't happen but they're next in line:
Be Quick or Be Dead
From Here to Eternity
Tailgunner
No Prayer For the Dying

Absolutely Never Gonna Happen In a Million Years But I'll Explode With Joy if it Does:
Judas Be My Guide
Mother Russia

100% chances to be played:
Fear of the Dark

1 or 2 of those could happen:
Afraid to Shoot Strangers
Bring Your Daughter... to the Slaughter

Probably won't happen but they're next in line:
Tailgunner
No prayer for the dying
From here to eternity
Wasting love

I've voted for Holy Smoke, Bring Your Daughter To The Slaughter and From Here To Eternity largely because given Nicko's limited capacity the setlist could be a singles heavy one. I saw a couple of shows on both tours and NPFTD had 7 album songs. I can honestly say that Tailgunner, Public Enema Number One and NPFTD were the highlights. Holy Smoke was fun I guess but The Assassin and Hooks In You were instantly forgettable as live tracks and BYDTTS I don't really care for either. Of the Fear Of The Dark tour set I loved Be Quick Or Be Dead, Afraid To Shoot Strangers and at the time FOTD (slightly bored of it now) but FHTE is one of Maidens worst singles and songs with Bruce especially lyrically and Wasting Love wasn't my cup of tea either. Ideal scenario for me would be Tailgunner, NPFTD, BQOBD and ATSS/Judas but I'll stick with my singles theory.

Voted for FOTD and Bring Your Daughter... To The Slaughter as I think those are the only songs from the 2 albums that will be played.

I hope Tailgunner or From here to eternity do not make a comeback. It would be nice to see ATSS again, Be Quick Or Be Dead or Wasting love but I find that unlikely.

In my initial prediction set, I thought Wasting Love would get a return as it hasn't been done since Bruce and Adrian's return to the band. I still think we'll get two 90-92 songs, however, I still think No Prayer will get skipped as a whole.

I think Aces has been beaten into everyone's heads as a key song in the Legacy set 1.0 and 2.0, so I think it'll be retired from opening even if it'd be the most obvious choice for the masses. I believe the opening song for the tour's not going to be from a Dickinson 80's album, so if it's not Murders in the Rue Morgue, I can see Be Quick or Be Dead getting the opening slot.

Fear's Fear and it'll be in there.

I voted for Fear of the Dark and Afraid to Shoot Strangers, as they're almost a certainty (okay, FotD is a certainty). A lot of people are saying Bring Your Daughter is highly probable, but I don't know...it seems like the band's been intentionally ignoring it for a LONG time now. I mean, when was the last time they played it? A Real Live Tour?

It's hard picking one from NPFTD, since frankly...none of them seem all that likely to be included. The title track has disappeared since the original tour, along with Holy Smoke and pretty much everything else, minus BYDTTS. That said, I'm going against my own logic used against BYDTTS, and voting Tailgunner for the only track to make it. Aces High needs a break, and Tailgunner fits that aerial dogfighting slot nicely. It's a fun, rousing song (that also hasn't been played since A Real Live Tour), and it gives Bruce a reason to break out his leather flying hat again.

Nope, 2003. It was one of the encores (and a superb one).
