The band is playing with in-ear clicks? Because the songs pace is almost the same as the albums. Lil bit robotic sometimes.

If I had to guess, Simon is playing to a click. Others just follow.

I was there too (arena) . They were very tight and Bruce was perfect (except the vocal BDSM part). Before Infinite Dreams, Bruce said that they're going to play something different and of course the audience wanted Alex. Bruce then laughed and said " It's not Alexander the Great " or something like that.
Everything was perfect. I have only 3 negatives:
1. I didn't want them to drop the Clairvoyant.
2. Fucking Aces High. It's so so bad for Bruce. The rest of the band were ok
3. I think they weren't loud enough

Did they play Kashmir, Square Hammer and Wheels of Steel over the PA before the show?

This setlist seems to be stronger. We get one extra song, and as much as I like Revelations, the current setlist arguably has four of the top new/different songs.

There's less overlap than I thought. I slightly prefer the Legacy of the Beast setlist (largely due to the resurrections of the two greatest songs from the Blaze Bayley era), but it's close.

I think I would rank them: 1. LOTB 2. Flight 666 and 3. RFYL. I prefer Revelations and FoI to Phantom and SSOASS and also I don't really care for the Killers tracks

Wow, that is much worse than at the rehearsal. Bruce is destroying his voice with Aces High. He also cut some corners during Wasted Years.

I think it was a rehearsal, but they did select songs. No Hallowed and Aces in space of 15 minutes helped massively.

Every time some tries to critique the setlist, gotta remember that in the same set we're getting infinite dreams, powerslave, rime of the ancient mariner and seventh son of a seventh son almost side by side. Those are in my opinion 2 each of the best songs from 2 of the best albums they did (certainly my favorite).

Gotta say i really love Simon's interpretation of "Infinite Dreams" - he does a little shuffle thing in the first verse which sounds so tight.
