Not thinking so. There'll be less songs from SSOASS, like Future Past tour has half of SIT, and now only WY remains.
 
If there's no new album, assuming an outright TXF to Senjutsu tour is too outlandish, what I'd love:

Play the necessary classics (Iron Maiden, FOTD, The Trooper, Hallowed), maybe a couple of other 80s songs we haven't seen in a while like TETMD or COTD. And then fill the rest with 90s and reunion stuff. Play the obviously popular ones like The Wicker Man and Blood Brothers I guess, but unearth some of the reunion tracks we haven't heard since their respective album tours (or the 2010 leg of TFF I suppose). Imagine if they bust out Brighter Than A Thousand Suns, If Eternity Should Fail or Coming Home again.

It'd be a damn shame if their final years were spent almost exclusively playing 80s stuff. Though a full SSOASS playthrough would be awesome, since OTGDY would get a live debut.
 
A few thoughts from the gig, I was in the arena for reference:

  • Simon sounded a lot more “relaxed” and comfortable behind the kit than last year.​
  • The three amigos and Steve are not showing signs of aging… how is that possible!​
  • Bruce had a few timing errors but otherwise a tight performance. He NAILED Infinite Dreams but obviously struggles hitting the notes on Aces High, as expected.​
  • The show went by crazy fast. It felt like a couple of minutes passed from Murders to Hallowed.​

Overall a great gig but a bit disappointed not to hear ATG being played - not that it was expected, just feels like a missed opportunity.

I think thats the next tour. The band wants to cover anything that they want for last time. This is a greatest hits tour and is stariting to be an imposible setlist. Who could imagine that years ago,or the previous tour with 5 SJ songs and 5 SIT songs. Infinite dreams is not a popular song for random listeners or seventh son,even rime of the ancient mariner.

Exactly. But, if there is no new album, I'd take a SSOASS playthrough if the rest of the setlist features songs from all other eras of Iron Maiden.

Funny you bring up En Vivo, since I seem to recall one of main complaints about that tour's setlist and thus also the live album's was that it was incredibly uninspired since it was very similar to Rock in Rio besides the new songs and Dance of Death and Running Free (and with the interesting Blaze era songs cut). DotR and Flight 666 were both massively different setlist wise from RiR so I tend to agree the En Vivo set is quite bland even if the performances are stellar. On that basis, calling RFYL "almost as good" as En Vivo is quite telling.

I loved them adding stuff like Lord of the Flies to the set for DOTR. Even if many fans didn't care for the song it was cool to get a Bruce version and a rare song

And I hate to be pedantic, but there are reunion era versions of Killers and MITRM. They are just not on live albums. But you probably know that :)

The band is playing with in-ear clicks? Because the songs pace is almost the same as the albums. Lil bit robotic sometimes.
