I agree that Netherlands were the better team and that the ref's decision to disallow the goal was wrong, but I think it was an honest mistake. He saw a push in the back and thought it was worse than it actually was, and we've seen that sort of decisions countless times. Unlucky for you.

Can someone explain to me how loaning and transfers work?

Loan spells can also benefit both the player as he gets experience playing first team football as his club may deem him not ready yet (Beckham got pushed out when he was still a young Man U player) and the little clubs getting the loaned player. Southend used to rely heavily on loan players as it did not cost them anything to get the player and the wages would not be so high.

He's been very solid in the first half, worked really hard. Lingard and Mkhitaryan non-existent, center-backs pretty bad (Smalling has to return in the next game). Rashford or Martial for the 2nd half pls.
