Dropping Hart is understandable. Yaya Touré is not a surprise, Pep doesn't get along with him, sold him at Barça. Silva can play central midfield as long as his CDM is good. (And the fact that the opposing team is Sunderland helps understand the offensive mindset) Kolarov is, however, a questionable move.

It's irrelevant what is happening in the premiership as Southend have lost 3 games on the bounce. They are at the foot of league 1. Not a good start to the season at all.

United looking very sharp. And they don't even have Mkhitaryan and Pogba in the lineup. Man, they're gonna be good.

There's a rumor that José Fonte will be signed too, which would probably spells the end for Phil Jones :( Bailly will be off to AFCON in winter, so experienced defender like Fonté would be very useful.

Gunners dominated the first half, missed a pen, still got the lead. Then conceded a free kick at the 45th minute. It's one of those years again...

Softest big club in the world. Bar none.

This is what you get for being scared of the transfer market, Wenger. Theo fucking Walcott is still our goalscoring hope.

In the first round of the season, the ref shows that the filthy bastard Costa can still get away with anything. Late, studs up tackle on West Ham's goalkeeper, Taylor fails to give the ugly fucker his 2nd yellow.

Don't know what's the mindset behind keeping guys like Costa on the field after their antics. If it's "Well if I send him off for this, you'll have to send him off in every match he plays" like I suspect, then fucking go for it. Send him off in every match he plays.

POTY in our league last season was Mario Gómez quite comfortably.

Though José Sosa had a great season himself. He came to the rescue of Beşiktaş on many occasions, scored some of the more important goals of the season for them on their way to the championship. Good on the ball, good playmaker and great set piece specialist. Had the highest number of assists in the league last season with 14. Though he can disappear from time to time.
