If we're talking about the post I think we're talking about, it only mentioned Australia, Japan and Sweden, and that was all of the post. Someone then questioned whether they will actually play in Sweden either.

I know most people preferred a new album tour, but I actually don't mind another chance to see the Legacy tour. I think it is one of their best tours.

It depends what they do next year (what songs they replace)... But still another year of milking history is a wasted year, because they don't have much time left and I would much prefer new music.

I checked last night and there was nothing in the drop down menu for it, so I reckon it's new this morning. Also confirms that the 2020 dates are LOTB3.
