NOW PLAYING

Underrated album imo. It's better than Sacred Heart for me. I don't like only ''Sunset Superman'' and the album closer.

The classics are the title track, ''All The Fools Sailed Away'' and ''Night People''.

''Faces In The Window'' (close to a classic, could have been the title track), ''Naked In The Rain'' (very good ballad-ish song), ''I Could Have Been A Dreamer'' (catchy hit single) and ''Overlove'' (Dio meets Rainbow, good song) are also strong songs.

Very good album cover (the last one with the mascot of Dio) and great guitar work.

Johnny Cash, "The Ballad of Ira Hayes"

At the end of each chorus, Johnny uses a guitar lick that occurs twice in "Hallowed Be Thy Name". Yet another piece of Harris' alleged masterpiece proves to be stolen from an earlier source. I'm getting sure the whole song is copied from other sources now ... someday we're gonna hear something really outrageous, like the song title being stolen from an old prayer or something...

The Stooges -I wanna be your dog (1969)

Raw sound, sick song, lyrics and solo. A rock monument.
Fun fact: Iggy Pop was inspired by Jim Morrison ~1967 when he saw him performing with The Doors. A few years later when Morrison died The Doors offered Iggy the job which he turned down.
To be noted that The Stooges were never too popular thus his refusal shows the kind of balls and originality he had.
