That is a very interesting question! I guess it would be in the middle of the table.

Today my ranking of their albums would be as follows (the first two are featured on the 1001 Albums you Must Hear Before You Die book by Robert Dimery); tomorrow the ranking could be different, although I do not think the top 3 would change.

1. Everything Must Go (1996)
2. The Holy Bible (1994)
3. Send Away the Tigers (2007)
4. Generation Terrorists (1992)
5. Journal for Plague Lovers (2009)
6. This Is My Truth Tell Me Yours (1998)
7. The Ultra Vivid Lament (2021)
8. Resistance is Futile (2018)
9. Postcards from a Young Man (2010)
10. Gold Against the Soul (1993)
11. Rewind the Film (2013)
12. Lifeblood (2004)
13. Futurology (2014)
14. Know Your Enemy (2001)

Either way, even their (relatively) weaker albums contain some superb songs.

I have no listened all the discography. I think 3 or 4 albums left for listening. The last one could be the 10th in my list. Your top 5 is mine too but Generation Terrorist 2nd or 3rd. Hard to choose.

I would be interested in seeing your ranking when you have listened to all their albums.

A great band, a Welsh national treasure!
 

This must be the first time I'm seeing this video. Seriously, I remember the album, definitely was listening to it when it came out, remember the other videos, but not this one.

For something as clichéd and told already a million times, it makes a damn effective way of saying it, methinks. Or is it the beer?
Doubly poignant nowadays with the rise of the social media. Or, well, maybe it's the beer talking.
