haha, I'm just like the rest of you.... anxious to hear the new stuff, so of course if I get my hands on it, I will share it with you all.  :)
 
I just can't imagine it not being leaked yet, only 8 days from it's German release. I know no promo cd's were sent and all but still, someone has to have it. I remember getting DOD & AMOLAD 2-3 weeks before it released.
 
It will.  I bet early next week when German shops get in their stock.  Someplace will inevitably sell it early.
 
Well, I am getting impatient myself. Maiden is the only band I actually get excited for when a new album is around the corner. If I don't hear this thing soon, I'm going to take a crowbar to my walls. I've been a hardcore Maiden fan since 85 and waiting for this thing sucks. Yeah, I'm looking for leaks but it's not like I won't be first in line at the record store on release day, either. Maybe if Maiden weren't my favorite band, I wouldn't be salivating over my keyboard every single day thinking I'm going to hear the full album.

It will leak Monday night/Tuesday morning.

I had a leak today actually.  My wife didn't listen to me about not putting eggshells in our garbage disposal.  Sure enough she did, the eggshells got ground into a zillion pieces and clogged the u-bend of the drain pipe.   I then damaged the seal while removing the pipe cover and sure enough...a leak.  Then I had to go to home depot to buy a knew one.  I love that place, not a single employee has a clue about anything.   "Uhh..umm, you mean like a ahhh....ummm...wait, what are you looking for again"?    Arghhhhhhhh!!!!
 
Just to elaborate on my Monday/Tuesday leak predicition, here's my reasoning.

The German and Netherlands release date as we all know is Friday, August 13th.  This means that online retailers that guarantee release day arrival need to ship the disc out 2-3 days early.  That of course requires the retailer to have time to prep and process the orders, meaning they need the discs 2 days before they ship as they need to be packaged, have labels printed and affixed, postage paid, and whatever else.  This means the latest they could arrive is Monday/Tuesday.  Then all it takes is one person to grab a copy from their place of employment who decides to upload it.  That brings us to Monday.

Yep, that's how it will go down.  So you impatient ones have only a few more days to wait.

It could, but it doesn't make much sense that it will.  At this point they are all boxed up in the distribution warehouses, ready and waiting to be shipped to retailers.  Unless there is already a copy making the rounds on an underground IRC channel (completely possible),  I think we are going to be waiting until it actually arrives at a location where someone can take a copy fairly easily, such as a retail store with a manager who is a Maiden fan.  It's obviously not so easy to take a copy from CD production facilities or distribution warehouses anymore with surveillance and beefed up security.
 
It needs to happen now.

Ha...could you imagine some dude with a Killers shirt on trying to break into a warehouse at night just to get a copy? Not me. No way. I wouldn't do it. It wasn't me.

LOL.  I was referring to employees at those places, but your idea may just work.  Try it and let us know how it went.
