Misheard lyrics

This one isn't mine, but I've seen it around and think it's hilarious:

From "The Evil That Men Do": "her eyes red with the slaughter of innocence" => "her eyes red with the slaughter of anal sex"

I always thought "the Mastodon King" sounded kinda cool... like, maybe Alexander was almost as culturally significant as Babar? (When he died of a fever in Babylon, I'm pretty sure it was 'cause he ate a poison mushroom.)

Also: Until I saw the lyrics, I thought the opening lines of Al the Great were:

Was born a son,
To be the master,
In legend his name,
Was Alexander

('Cause, hey, it actually kinda/sorta rhymes...)

Also, part 2: Not a misheard lyric, but one of my kids sings a line from the first song in the Book of Souls album:

"A queef is the smell at the end of the girl..."

Also: Until I saw the lyrics, I thought the opening lines of Al the Great were:

Was born a son,
To be the master,
In legend his name,
Was Alexander
Except, for me, it was "to free the master". :p

I also used to hear "by the agency"—until I read the lyrics, never once occurred to me that it was "Aegean Sea". Why? I have no idea.

(Can it be that there's some sort of error)
