I found a huge one in my basement recently and smashed the hell out of it. Another time, I was weeding and one just jumped out and it disappeared before I got a chance to kill it. Needless to say, I was done weeding for the rest of that day and I had spider anxiety...

Spiders don't bother me. They eat bugs, and that is fine with me. Gnats and Mosquitoes bug (no pun intended) the piss outta me. I hate getting all itchy. Damn annoying things.
