What kind of monkey?
What kind of monkey?
I'll have to check it outFor my vacation this year, we are staying at Geschwister-Scholl-Straße 5 which appears to be incredibly close to the museum
There is also a painting that shows the offspring.
I would say it looks like a baboon, but it's pretty big. There is also a painting that shows the offspring.
That's actually the same street where the museum administration is. It's one block away.
Now I'm curious!
Yeah, we got a good deal there and it seems like a good spot to check out the museums, Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag, and Tiergarten within walking distance. Last time I went to the Neues Mesuem and looked inside the church there ... did not have much time.
Is there not an old church on Museum Island (not in the Neues Muesuem .. just on the Island)?
across the river I had dinner at a cafe (we ate outside), the building had what looked like bullet holes in the cement (or whatever the building it is made out of) ...
they really cause no issue to the buildings
and there still seems to be a steady stream of stories of finding unexploded bombs which obviously are a big problem
We actually got out two weeks earlier last year, but they redid it so that summer goes 2 weeks into August. Because of that I got an extended summer last year, but now it's a normal schedule. Really I think it would make the most sense to end school the week before Memorial day.Isn't this kind of early?
How long is your break?
They actually found some Japanese unexploded bombs in Oregon up to the late 1980s. They put them on balloons into the jetstream up to the end of the war, not that many made it, but some did.
I can only imagine how many are still in Germany, the UK, and Japan which seemed to be the 3 most bombed countries during the war.
