I'd just like to say that I haven't had a drop of alcohol all year (excluding the early hours of New Year's Day), and I may even try to continue the drought until February 3rd.

Well, I'd just like to start off this morning by saying that I am going to tackle making homemade pierogies this weekend. I'm going to try a batch of 60 - 80. Potato filled of course.

I'm going to start the morning shoveling the driveway since the rule at my house is if your cars the last one on the driveway you get stuck shoveling.  so 70% of the time im shoveling

I have actually had a bottle of beer in my fridge since Sunday afternoon. Yes, it's only Tuesday afternoon, but booze does not last in our house and a beer in the fridge for more than one day is unheard of.

I'm going to give you your #1 lesson for reaching drinking age: Get a get good, substantial buzz on at home first before heading to the bar; then you will spend less $$$ there. Caveat - walk or take public transport to the establishment, don't drive.

That's exactly what I meant. I'm not feeling particularly good either (though I presume it is having a positive effect or at least slowing down adverse effects), but I do really fancy a beer or two. I'm going to see how long I can stick it out for though.

When I was younger I was smoking every single day.

Now, while I have always something to smoke, I'm totally bored to Roll, so I pass days and days without smoking,
only waiting someone to pass from my house and do it for me. But I live too far, for having visitors.
