Or in my case, drink water and take painkillers. I could also listen to Painkiller, but as you already know I'm not a great fan
 
I did too much HIIT (high intensity interval training) in the balcony last ~20 days, to stay fit and to maintain my VO2 max as high as possible, for the happy day I would run again.

Last 2 days being bored from doing the same session again and again I changed it to what was a completely different and seemingly an easier one.

New muscles were trained and now my much of my body is in pain.
 
Embarassing thing at work: I had to search the price of a lamp we didn´t have in stock anymore. On the show model was a code but our online system didn´t recognize it anymore. So I had to Google it. Not a good idea to name one of your lamps Jane. The brand name is Massive....
It weren´t lamps I saw on Google Images. :facepalm:
