I was thinking of it when I saw Di'anno and the Ides Of March would play there before the Beermageddon gig which was sold out. Never got to real planning stage because things changed all of a sudden shortly after.

So Bulgaria lifts the ban for outdoor concerts, for cinemas and museums. However, they will only function at 30% capacity for now.
I wonder what this means for our summer festivals. None are officially cancelled yet, but will the bands want to play at 30% capacity?
