Customer said I wasn't "urgent enough", even though what I'm doing for him is not an urgent matter time-wise. It'll be done in 7-ish days and deadline is a month from now. He first contacted on me on Thursday 10 minutes before end of my shift, and Friday was Independence Day here, which I told him. So basically I didn't finish everything in 2 days from Monday and that pissed him off. So he e-mailed me, then the boss.

Boss was understanding though, I'm really overworked and I'm the only one who does a multitude of stuff at work that no one else knows how to do.

Anyway, solution is that I'm teaching a new coworker how to help me out.
 
Hooray. Trying to get my flight school pre-checkride booked, and a week long work trip coming up ... and I've fallen sick. Typical that this happens just as things are getting busy.
 
Reading through the nominees and I've never heard of a lot of them. I am old.

Also, why was Lily Allen up for Best British Female? When was the last time she had a song out? :confused:
