Time for a brain teasing exercise for this forum to solve together - and what better place to do it than right here in this thread?

•There are five houses in unique colors: Blue, green, red, white and yellow.
•In each house lives a person of unique nationality: British, Danish, German, Norwegian and Swedish.
•Each person drinks a unique beverage: Beer, coffee, milk, tea and water.
•Each person smokes a unique cigarette brand: Blue Master, Dunhill, Pall Mall, Prince and blend.
•Each person keeps a unique pet: Cats, birds, dogs, fish and horses.

So, who keeps fish?

The following 14 clues lead to the correct solution - I put them in spoilers to save a bit of space:
1. The Brit lives in a red house.
2. The Swede keeps dogs as pets.
3. The Dane drinks tea.
4. The green house is on the left of the white, next to it.
5. The green house owner drinks coffee.
6. The person who smokes Pall Mall rears birds.
7. The owner of the yellow house smokes Dunhill.
8. The man living in the house right in the center drinks milk.
9. The Norwegian lives in the first house.
10.The man who smokes blend lives next to the one who keeps cats.
11.The man who keeps horses lives next to the man who smokes Dunhill.
12.The owner who smokes Blue Master drinks beer.
13.The German smokes Prince.
14.The Norwegian lives next to the blue house.

I suggest everyone who wants to contribute, deduces one piece of information and gives his/her reasoning for that piece.

Let the brain gymnastics begin!

To kick it off I'll start with listing the given facts.

House 2: BLUE [] [] [] []
House 3: [] [] MILK [] []
House 4: [] [] [] [] []
House 5: [] [] [] [] []

House 4: [] [] [] [] []
House 5: [] [] [] [] []

House 1 is yellow and the Norwegian smokes Dunhill. The house can't be red because there is a Brit living there, and it can't be either green or white because those two houses must be next to each other.

House 1: YELLOW NORWEGIAN [] DUNHILL []
House 2: BLUE [] [] [] []
House 3: [] [] MILK [] []

Which means:

House 1: YELLOW NORWEGIAN [] DUNHILL []
House 2: BLUE [] [] [] HORSES
House 3: [] [] MILK [] []
House 4: [] [] [] [] []
House 5: [] [] [] [] []

Because:
11.The man who keeps horses lives next to the man who smokes Dunhill.

Which means:

House 1: YELLOW NORWEGIAN [] DUNHILL []
House 2: BLUE [] [] [] HORSES
House 3: [] [] MILK [] []
House 4: [] [] [] [] []
House 5: [] [] [] [] []

Because:

House 1: YELLOW NORWEGIAN [] DUNHILL []
House 2: BLUE [] [] [] HORSES
House 3: RED BRIT MILK [] []
House 4: GREEN [] COFFEE [] []
House 5: WHITE [] [] [] []

Assuming House 1 is on the far left and House 5 is on the far right.

House 1: YELLOW NORWEGIAN [] DUNHILL []
House 2: BLUE [] [] [] HORSES
House 3: RED BRITISH MILK [] []
House 4: GREEN [] COFFEE [] []
House 5: WHITE [] [] [] []

Because the Brit lives in the red house, and red was the only color left.

I solved it, I think, but I'll keep it for myself until the community solution is found.

I think I figured it out as well:
House 1: YELLOW NORWEGIAN WATER DUNHILL CATS
House 2: BLUE DANISH TEA BLEND HORSES
House 3: RED BRITISH MILK PALL MALL BIRDS
House 4: GREEN GERMAN COFFEE PRINCE FISH
House 5: WHITE SWEDISH BEER BLUE MASTER DOGS

It's the german who keeps fish.
@Dr. Eddies Wingman, is this correct?
