Why would mega multi-millionaire Janick be in a budget store? Could be a favorite place of his to go I guess.

By the looks of things, he's a very down-to-earth guy who hasn't changed tremendously despite his wealth. He moved to one of the more desirable locations in this area, somewhere that's popular with successful local businessmen, and I believe he has a smaller house in London too, but maybe he has no interest in living the high life or moving far from where he was brought up. Plus he's probably not nearly as wealthy as the others, especially Steve. When the BF saw him, he'd just come out of one of the more downmarket shopping arcades.

Tbh, apart from Steve's mansion thing, I don't think the members of Maiden have very ostentatious celeb lifestyles.
