On a lighter note, Tallinn English College class of 2017 ranks #2 in national exam results by school . Originally we were #1 but they renewed the list and decreased the bonus points that were given for C1 and C2 in English (national exam is B2). Compared to the class average of 81 in Estonian and 87.9 in Maths, I scored 90 and 83 respectively.
So you're going to be a programmer?

In the years prior to Al-Qaeda/ISIS etc being a major threat in the West, a group on re-enactors thought it would be amusing after public hours at Lincoln Castle to stage a fake Arab terrorist takeover of a party being held by one of the other re-enactment groups.

So upon hearing the code, 'the bees are at the window', the Yorkshire Liberation Front dived out of a tent and took us all hostage. Half way through making their demands, a SWAT team consisting of a different re-enactment group appeared and pretended to shoot the terrorists dead.

It then emerged that the reason there was a party going on was because some local dignitary and a Belgian diplomat were being shown around the castle. Oh well.

Am I the only one who finds November Rain overrated?

Not that it's a bad song, a lot of others in the discography are worse (Rocket Queen and Night Train are big offenders), but it's really not as impressive as everyone thinks.

Needs more Opeth. Needs all Opeth.

I need to go to Las Vegas for a conference and some meetings next week. Normally the main guy goes to these, but he is having some health issues (cancer) and recovering still .. so I got drafted.

Finding stuff to wear for this is such a pain in the ass … looks like the techie business formal wear now is a pair of new old looking jeans, a faded t-shirt , a sports coat and to look like you have not shaved for 3 days .. no more, no less. Really I think to make us guys in our 40s look like we are in our 20s is my theory.

Thank God my wife is taking care clothes coordinating for me. I hate this crap, I’d rather just wear a suit .. those are easy .. not great to wear, but easy to pick.

I am passing on the spending an hour to make my hair look like I just got out of bed and I am wearing socks.

I like my working from home in sweat pants and a Maiden t-shirt much better
