A new concert venue opened in Irving (Dallas area) ... going to see Scorpions and Megadeth there in October

Really happy, the one in Dallas is in a generally crap area (though getting a bit better) ... and just a pain in the ass to get to .. despite some renovations, not the greatest place to see a show.
The new one looks cool, they have walls that move so it can be a 2500 or 4000 seat indoor theater or an 8000 seat amphitheater,. About a 10 minute walk from light rail. Great area, some really good places to eat around there.
The crap one in Dallas holds about 15000 ... so bigger acts will probably still go there.
Though some good sized acts are booking the new one now (Kiss, Wilco, ZZ Top, etc) .. will make my concert going much easier.
