Saapy throaty sorey, ears hurty :(.

There's some major dryness thing going on in my room. I always wake up all dry and thirsty, often with a sore throat when I'm not even ill.

Spent the entire day at uni working, stomach empty for 10 hours, and then had to walk 10 kms on my way back home yesterday. Was absolutely knackered.

I didn't get the PR job, darn it. However, the lead interviewer phoned and gave me some really cool feedback, and told me to keep on trying for similar roles. I ideally need more experience of web/social media marketing.

All the boots posts here did not help?

That sucks ...

In other news, it seems I finally know what is the problem with my shoulder. After the MRI examination two weeks ago and a visit to my general physician last week, today I was at a physio clinic specialized in sports injuries and had the shoulder examined with ultrasound and physically by some more movement tests. The ultrasound showed a small rupture in the supraspinatus tendon (consistent with the MRI and the location of pain). Conclusion is that careful training and slow progression is necessary to get it back to normal.

Thing is, it is better compared to the first few days after the crash (this was in February). But it hasn't got any better since a couple of weeks after, and in periods it gets worse again. I was given instructions for exercises that should help rebuild the tendon.

I'm just glad to know I don't have an injury that requires surgery.

Do you list Maidenfans on your CV? If they want a social reference, let me know.
