Payroll taxes are applied based on how much money you make in that payroll period extrapolated over 52 weeks, so when I get a bonus, it extrapolates my taxes at a significantly higher rate than I actually pay.

Never heard of the name until his death was announced on national radio.
After I checked his face, I recognized him. I watched that sitcom in the eighties. Back then I wasn't busy with sitcom actor names. Although... Alyssa Milano was a memorable credit for some reason.
