Regardless, this is the beginning of the end for the war in Libya. Without a leader, they will surely break apart. A bloody victory for the Arab Spring, but it is a victory. We now look to Yemen and Syria. This has gone on all year. It started in January, and it won't be over until the fat lady sings.

Randomly browsing posts from back in the autumn of 2011 (I like browsing what I and others were occupied with during specific periods, like while I was starting a new job/chasing an apartment (as was the case back in '11)) and came across this.

Which reminds me of yesterday's discovery. Annexer in Estonian is 'anastaja' which is very close to Russian women's name Anastasja. A little googling tells me they don't mean the same thing, though.
 
Random request: does anyone know of any classic metal band songs that have been remixed with dance music/club/beats? I'm looking to start building a playlist for my wedding reception and I'd like to throw some sneak attack metal songs in there.
