I would have expected him to live someplace more expensive/private. I'm betting that isn't his primary residence -- maybe an investment property, or a house for his children, or just a house for golf outings. I realize he doesn't get the songwriting royalties that Steve gets, but he is still presumably worth tens of millions. That's a house that someone making about $350K/year would buy. By the way, according to Zillow, the house across the street from this address is currently for sale.

Well it is on a golf course, and that is pretty surprising, he must have a second residence.
 
Started my swimming lessons. Going pretty well, one problem though, my tendency to put more strength into my right leg -by product of my scoliosis- causes me the go in circles all the time. :D I literally did about ten 360 degree rotations while learning to swim backstroke with a kickboard.
