Becoming happier with my class at school makes me realise that it will be hard to part ways with some pleasant people when I graduate in about 14 months.
 
So I've been debating with myself a lot over this recently. Should I go see Kiss or Guns N' Roses this summer?

I really don't know which, I wanna see both but I don't wanna break the bank to do so.
 
The recent live videos of Kiss I've seen have not been good. And this is coming from someone who actually likes them.

Kiss might be cheap though, depending on where they're playing, but if you can afford it I'd totally go for GNR.
 
KISS puts on a cool stage show with all the pyros, but they're not really that exciting to watch anymore. They were quite a bit better when they were younger. Thank God Maiden is still able to put a lot of energy into their performance.

Pretty much this, add that they have been essentially doing the same set list since 1996 .. add to that 2 guys dressing up as Ace and Peter
 
I think ~ten years ago it might've been fair to say they were worth seeing at least once, but I don't know if even that holds up anymore.

Their "farewell tour" should have been the farewell tour IMO

I should add, I first saw them in 1979 and am a fan of the band, they were the first rock act I got into.
 
I saw them in 2004, was one of the first tours with the two imposters but I was too young to care.

One of my big takeaways from the Kissology box sets was how there were 3 concerts from 3 separate tours after the original band reunited and all 3 of them seemed exactly the same. Stage set, setlist, everything. And those aren't nearly as bad as it is now.
 
AC/DC is the same in a way. They keep doing the same exact bits with the bell and cannons and such. Plus, they don't look as good on stage in their old age either.
 
Solar winds are howling. Just observed northern light over Oslo. Not often that it can be seen clearly in a city this far south. Usually it's too weak here to be seen over the lights of the city.
