That was a joke, though. The video, you'll find, has 600 likes and 21k dislikes. That 'research' is bullshit.

The temperature difference between the sexes is too anectodal to indicate such a case. The video is full of ridiculous arguments like 'It shouldn't be colder on the inside than it is outside'. That's what AC is. Pretty sure it's a policy that takes place to make sure computers don't overheat.

Exactly, in the summer when it is 100 outside, it should be a hell of a lot colder on the inside .. that is the whole purpose of "inside", to be in a structure different from the elements outside.
 
First day of work in 2016. Temperature outside is -10°C, there is 10 cm of snow, and the office air-conditioning system is kaputt.

Strange. Our heating system at work is broken too, and the heating at our head office. Someone managed to cut through the cables at head office while removing the old press from the print room.

Second day of my office being too hot first thing in the morning and then freezing by lunchtime. Officially the temperature was at 18C but it certainly didn't feel like it. I need to buy thermometers for the office to make some independent estimates.
