Dude clear your appdata folder and reinstall Chrome. Problem solved.

I've had issues with chrome on nearly every computer I've used it on. I'd give Firefox a shot if you keep having problems.

I'm using Firefox right now, yes. It's slower than Chrome but at least it doesn't freeze.
